Organizational connection: Administratively and organizationally connected to the e-learning Department

Mission: To excel and lead in e-learning, by creating an integrated and supportive educational environment and contribute to the quality of education and community service through support, partnership, and continuous improvement.

Major Tasks:

 

1. Add students, faculty members, and courses to the Blackboard system prior each semester.

2. Update the Blackboard system daily to match the academic system.

3. Prepare e-courses and add e-content at the beginning of each semester.

4. Provide technical support for the Blackboard system 

5. Conduct training courses for users of the Blackboard system.

6. Conduct promotion tests for employees on the Blackboard system.
