Tasks:

The duties of Academic Counselor are determined as the following:

             Firstly, the technical duties:

                           • Prepare a special file for each male or female student who has been appointed to supervise on him/her.

                          • Knowing the minimum and maximum number of credit hours which the student is allowed to record in his/her current situation (academic loading for student).

                          • Academic schedule.

                          • Evaluation of performance.

         Secondly, the administrative duties:

                          • Delete and add courses.

                          • Withdrawal from the course .

                          • Student's absence.

                          • Deferring and dropping out of school.

                          • Withdraw from the university.

         Thirdly, the regulatory duties:

                          • Solve problems.

                          • Guidance.

                          • Encouragement.
