Planning and training Unit
It participates in the development of strategic plans for the college and developing training plans based on the training needs. It is responsible for identifying the college’s staff training needs and participates in organizing the delivery of training programs’ as well as following-up the implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs. It contributes in the development of faculty and staff members’ skills through conducting courses and coordinating with the competent parties
