Forth, Administration of Students' Affairs:

It encompasses the following units:

1. Unit of Guidance and Academic Consultation

1. Identifying students' needs that help them improve their skills.

 2. Following committees of receiving male and female students, services provided to them and getting them to know regulations and laws.

3. Direct communication with students through unit's website in university internet clubs and e-mails in vice presidency for educational and academic affairs' website. It aims to follow students' psychological, social and behavioral problems and help them face the obstacles that prevent them from adapting to the university environment.

 4. Coordinating with external organizations in fields that matter to students.     

  

2. Unit of Students' Affairs

1. Following execution of policies pertaining to education affairs and students which are prepared by deanship of students' affairs.

2. Following preparation of plans and necessary programs for shaping a policy for registration and other related issues.

3. Following activities that have to do with preparing records, cards and files related to students' affairs and education.

4. Following periodical reports on activities of students' affairs. Following Preparation of studies, research, newspapers and reports about performance of departments and students.

5.  Observing interaction and continuous communication with departments inside the university to provide students with all necessary information and data for students.

 

3. Unit of Students' Activities

1. Following plans of students' skills and employing them in fruitful activities that are prepared by deanship of students' affairs.

2. Adopting programs for enhancing students' skills within Islamic principles and values and investing these skills in conducting activities that contribute to improving their capabilities and creating teamwork spirit in them.

3. Following the approved plans of religious, cultural, social and sports activities in all university faculties.

4. Opening new channels of communication with other universities in the students' activities field.
