Committee of Schedules

Tasks:

 *  Working on the preparation of schedules to deliver them in a timely manner.

 *  Follow-up the commitment of department to the policy of the college in the preparation of timetables.

 *  Review the teaching burden of the faculty member.

 *  Formation of an annual committee to distribute the courses on the halls of the college.

 *  Update the file of Schedules Committee periodically to suit the needs of the College.

 *  Distribution of the courses of departments on the halls assigned to each department.

 *  Fitness of the number of students to the space of the classroom that is assigned for the course.

 *  Coordination among departments to achieve fitness between the capacity of the hall and the number of students for each course.
