The counselling and educational guidance aims to achieve the overall growth of male/ female student, and that is not limited to providing assistance in the light of capabilities and tendencies only, but also it goes beyond that to solve his/her psychological and social problems, and this leads to the achievement of the sublime goal of the educational process, which is improve learning. The focus of counselling and educational guidance is centred around the needs of the learner of various aspects of his/her mental, physical, psychological, social, and behavioral personality, in addition to the process of educational attainment, and taking care of talented and creative students, as well as the slow ones; therefore, the career of counsellor is a profession of sincerity and honesty, as well as a profession of patience and hardship, but it becomes a fertility land for getting reward from Allah Almighty, if the intention and dedication are culminated in the implementation and practice.
