Tasks:

 * Analysis of fact allowing the construction of an integrated system of information about all students and their academic status.

 * Determine the total available potentials of the college to get the maximum benefit of these potentials, and provide what is needed for the success of the registration process

 * Prepare school schedules during the third and fourth weeks of each semester; to ensure the availability of accurate information about the registration process to the current semester, and to address all the problems that appear to all students.

  * Determine the minimum acceptable academic hours available for each male or female student of not less than 15 hours, ensuring him/her to continue his/her studies without any obstacles preventing him/her from completing his/her studies at the determined time .

 * Hold an analytical study of all approved study plans in the college and for all disciplines with comparable to market needs to make recommendations and submit these recommendations to the Dean.

 * Participation in the preparation of the annual program of the Student Unit duties, according to the approved mechanism. Coordination among all parties within and outside the college which are involved in the provision of services and assistance to male and female students, and the working to ensure their reach to the beneficiaries.

 * Coordination among the competent authorities to provide the educational, personal, and social counseling services for male and female students by presenting a study about the problems that face the male or female student, whether academic, or health, or psychological, or social.

 * Provide male and female students with introductory and travel letters accurately, according to the data included in the program of Student Affairs in accordance with the adopted mechanism.

 * Provide male and female students of the college who want to study in other universities with the necessary documents in accordance with the adopted mechanism.

 * Communication with all sections to take care of male and female students' conditions and provide perceptions for the new projects including the provision of the best level of services to male and female students.

 * Printing and distribution of the final tables on male and female students in a timely manner in accordance with the adopted mechanism. Implementation of the tasks associated with the test of scientific specialization for male and female students, including the announcement of the appointments and the necessary forms according to the approved mechanism.

 * Issuing instructions and coordination with the relevant authorities, in order to improve the performance of the services provided to male and female students, in the centres of student services at the college and the University's centre as well, wherever those centres are being found.

 * Preparation of social research and applied it on the College of Education in Majmaah to know the needy students (the poor), and collect all the information associated with male and female students.

 * Provide male and female students with withdrawal forms and processed them in accordance with the adopted mechanism .

 * Preparation of reports on a daily basis about the quality of student services provided to male and female students and address the main problems.

 * Announcement the lists of male and female students who are expected to graduate each semester according to the approved mechanism.

 * Completion of graduation requirements for male and female students who have completed the graduation requirements, and delivered to them in a timely manner in accordance with the adopted mechanism.

 * Issuance of good conduct certificates for male and female students who have completed graduation requirements and delivered to them in a timely manner in accordance to the approved mechanism.

 * Preparation of data and information pertaining to student cases that require submission to the College Board for study and make recommendation on them in accordance with the rules and regulations.

 * Receive suggestions and observations of male and female students about the services provided to them, report them, and follow-up their implementation after adoption.

 * Coordination with the scientific departments regarding student services. Receipt of courses equivalence forms from male and female students and processed them in accordance with the adopted mechanism.

 * Declaration of the academic calendar for male and female students, and the working to implement it in accordance with the terms of reference of the unit.

 * Declaration of all the received circulars from the management of the university associated with male and female students.
