Tasks:
* Assessment of the educational and extra-curricular services addressed to male and female students.
* Activate the student activities.
* Participation of male and female students in decisions through the dissemination of the culture of dialogue, student advisory councils, and activate their roles in the College.
* Identify future requirements for students in the overall vision of the college and its future aspirations.
* Provide students with advice and guidance in regard to the academic journey and study the problems associated with it and handle them. Follow-up the academic performance for all students continuously through the course materials makers, heads of departments and determine the areas of academic stumbling.
* Study the areas of academic stumbling, handle them individually, and forwarded them to those of charge of psychologists and social advisers in coordination with the Center of Student Guidance and Counseling.
* Study students’ cases which are in need for psychological or social services, or financial support and provide assistance in overcoming these problems, either directly through the faculty administration or the referral to professionals, in coordination with the relevant authorities in the university.
* Hold the necessary seminars and sessions for the development of the students’ achievable, intellectual, and interactive skills, in order to develop the concept of positive personality and push them to progress and excellence academically and personally.
* Provide career counselling and guidance for students and identify them with the available employment opportunities and enhance their ability to choose by availing from the experienced staff members in the college, in addition to invite professionals and host interested employers.
* Help fresh male and female students in the college to adapt and engage in the educational atmosphere of the college fast and accessible through identifying them with the services of the Unit, as well as meeting their needs.
