This course cover the radio-opacity that appears on radiograph is radio opaque. It is because of more attenuations of x-rays by that structure. Radiolucency, which is an area, or structure, which appear blacker copared to adjacent structures is called lucent. It is because of more transmission of x-rays through that structure. |
