1. to carry out analytical and statistical studies to identify statistical indicators to be used for making appropriate decisions.2. To establish and develop statistical database about the various sectors in the vice-rectorate to achieve the required works easily3. To publish and exchange data and information related to the annual reports of the vice-rectorate which includes the vice-rectorate annual achievements4. To make a list of all the university library’s books, references, journals and periodical, classify them and show the percentage of borrowing5. To contribute in carrying out statistical researches and studies for the university activity and set the future expectation in coordination with other colleges and administrations6. To conduct training courses and statistical symposiums which enhance the technical performance of the unit.
