LAUNCH OF TRAINING COURSES ON SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF THE UNIVERSITY VICE-RECTOR

In relation to the application of safety and occupational health management system project in the laboratories of College of Science and the College of Applied Medical Science and in collaboration with Touf Soud Company, a range of training courses were launched for the first group of faculty members and labs technicians. The courses focused on highlighting the basic aspects of safety and occupational health and the roles should be played by all in labs.

With this regard, the Vice-Rector, Dr. Musallam stated all staff are required to committee to the system of safety and occupational health requirements in their daily practices which shall set them as role models to be emulated by students who, in turn, will promote what they have learnt among the community individuals in the future.
