The Office of Initiatives and Vision Realization held a workshop for the coordinators of (Irtiqa) platform.
The workshop was launched by Dr. Faisal Al-Shammari, supervisor of the Irtiqaa platform who reviewed the most prominent achievements of the platform team during since the beginning of the academic year 1445 AH.
The workshop focused on studying the most important correct practices in the platform, the major new observations along with suggesting mechanism for solving teaching problems.
Dr. Abdullah Bajhazar, Supervisor of the Electronic Transactions and Digital Transformation, gave a presentation on the support platform, which aims to provide services to beneficiaries in a timely manner. This platform allows beneficiaries to report their complaints and have them solved in a short time with the ability to track their requests.
