A lecture entitled “Diaries of a Pilgrim

” Sunday, 21st September 2014, the Islamic Studies Departments, with the help of the Student Activity Unit, organized a lecture entitled “Diaries of a Pilgrim” which was delivered by Dr. Wafaa Husni Bakr in the amphitheatre, and it contained a general introduction about pilgrimage, its obligations, and its rituals, in addition to the Ihram’s prohibitions. Then she talked about the greatness of the holy months and what should be done in them. Afterwards, brochures, booklets, tapes, and prizes were distributed at the end of the lecture and after students have answered some questions.
