Course objectives:
This course is concerned with the principles and practices in both the workplace and the boardroom. Since the practical practice of business enterprises is inseparable from human life, business ethics should take into account the well-being of human society and its natural environment. Through conducting research, studying cases, participating in discussions, and interacting with visiting lecturers, students examine contemporary issues of ethics and social responsibility facing the business community. Therefore, the course explores the relationship between individual behavior and work-related behavior and the challenges posed by relationships between employees within the organization and in the external work environment.
