مهام الوحدة

تقوم وحدة الابتعاث والتدريب بالآتي:مخاطبة جميع الأقسام لموافاة الوحدة بما يلي:

1. • ‌ قائمة بكل المبعوثين للخارج سواء لتحقيق متطلب اللغة أو الماجستير أو الدكتوراه طبقاً للجدول المرفق رقم (1).
   • ‌ تقارير المشرفين الخارجيين على المبتعثين.
   • ‌ قائمة بكل أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرين والمعيدين طبقاً للجداول المرفقة رقم (2) ورقم (3).
   • مقترح خطة القسم الاستراتيجية للابتعاث للأعوام الخمسة المقبلة ومدى مطابقتها للخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة.
   • جميع ملفات المبتعثين.

خطة الوحدة للعام القادمتسعى وحدة الابتعاث إلى إقامة محاضرات خاصة لتوعية المبتعثين وتعريفهم بأهم الأمور التي يحتاجون إليها في مرحلة ما قبل الابتعاث وما بعده واستقبال أعضاء هيئة التدريس القادمين من البعثات الخارجية والمحاضرين والمعيدين الذين تم تعيينهم حديثاً وتهيئتهم للعملية التعليمية بالتنسيق مع عمادة الجودة وتطوير المهارات.
