Research Groups

There are essentially five Research groups in the Mathematics Department in  Zulfi College of Sciences, Majmaa University. In fact , two of the Full Professors in the Department ( namely Professor Dr/Adel Mohamed Zaki –Head of the Department and Professor Dr  / Mohamed Abdl- Hakim  )are leading two of this research groups.

The groups are as follows

  • Fuctional Analysis

  • The main priorities of this group is to study the following aspects

    a)Maximum Principle.

b)Existence and stability of weak solutions for non-linear systems .

c)Ideal Structure of Operator Algebras (C*-algebras and von Neuman algebras ).

d)The pure state spaces of C*-Algebras.
