- To propose or modify the general policy of the unit and follow-up its implementation after being approved
- To follow-up the unit works and approved them according to the regulation.
- To set and approve the development and quality plans of the unit
- To propose the internal regulation of the unit in coordination with the supervisor.
- To set the general framework of the strategic and executive plan for the unit
- To evaluate the unit performance on regular basis
- To follow-up and implement the recommendations issued from the committee
