2. Equipments, tools and requirements
3. Administrative operational expenses
4. Conferences, lectures and workshops
5. Salaries, allowances, rewards and attraction and distinction incentives
6. Publication, printing and media expenses, and the expenses of registering patents
7. The expenses of consultants and experts
8. Some other aspects will be defined by the research chairs committee
