The University vice President for Educational Affairs Makes a Visit to Hayat Center for Drug-Addict Survivors Care

 

 

Within the University message targets for serving the society, his excellency the University vice President for Educational Affairs Dr. Mohammad Othman Alrokban paid a visit to Hayat Center for Drug-Addict Survivors Care on Monday 18/8/1435 corresponding with 16/6/2014. Upon his arrival, his excellency was received by the center Director Mr. Nayef Munee’a Almuteiri in addition to other staff members. The program aims to care for drug-addict survivors and religiously educate people on these issues. The center is a social educational and religious place specialized in caring for drug-addict survivors and preparing them to fit into the society to normally and positively do their life activities. At the start of the visit, his Excellency the University vice PREsident for Educational Affairs listened to a brief explanation on what types of programs the center offers and services to individuals and society. Also, he viewed some rich experiences that center has gone through ever since it was established. Then, his Excellency the University vice President for Educational Affairs viewed the buildings prepared for housing the drug-addict survivors where a survivor stays for a period between three to four months for nursing him and keeping him away from addiction. At the end of the visit, Dr. Alrokban expressed his thanks and appreciation to supervisors of the program for their great efforts in serving the society, and he articulated that the University is ready to offer whatsoever the center needs of services at the level of researches or facilities.
