COMMITTEE OF SCHOLARSHIP AND TRAINING AGREES TO SCHOLARSHIPS AND PROMOTIONS FOR SOME UNIVERSITY STAFF MEMBERS

The Scholarship and Training Committee continues its meetings in order to achieve its long-term vision of supporting scholarship students of Majmaah University. The committee held on 26/04/1436 A.H its 25th meeting of the academic year 1435/1436 H. Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Shaye, Majmaah University Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Academic Research headed the meeting. He pointed out that the committee had agreed on scholarships and promotions of the following university employees: 1- Lecturer Nesreen Al-Zahrani has been granted a scholarship to study English at the University of Essex in the U.K. in preparation for doing a Ph.D. in Information Technology. 2- Lecturer Hind Al-Sudais has been granted approval to study English and Master’s degree program (Provisional Admission) at the University of Birmingham in Britain in International Administration. 3- Lecturer Muhammad Al-Biemi has been granted a scholarship to study English at Arizona State University in preparation for doing a master’s degree program in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering. 4- Abdullah Al-Derihim’s scholarship program has been promoted to study master’s degree program in Economics at Wichita University in the U.S. 5- Labiba Al-Enezi’s scholarship has been extended to a Ph.D. program in linguistics at Immam Saud Islamic University (ISIU) in Saudi Arabia. 6- Hani Al-Enezi’s scholarship has been extended to complete his master’s program in industrial engineering at North Dakota State University.
