Given the fact that MU is keen to bridge the gap of communication with its staff, students and community members, and in attempt to achieve the Kingdom’s vision 2030 of activating smart between the government and citizens, MU rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqren issued a decision to establish a Customer Care Center ‘Tawasul’- which acts as a connect between beneficiaries and the university different sectors. The Center, which is deemed a reference for information and services, is advocated to facilitate the communication process for beneficiaries and answer their inquires via multiple communication channels. The Center receives unlimited support from MU rector, Dr. al-Muqren, to ensure that beneficiaries’ voice are heard and their needs are met in the easiest possible manner. We at the Customer Care Center are delighted to receive all your requests, inquires and feedback through any of the available communication channel. .
