Department of Computer Science
The Department Vision
Graduation of qualified staff in order to answer local employment needs; to develop specialized programs in the field of computing and information technology.
The Department Message
General knowledge of the types of computer software, and the ability to deal with problems and their modeling, besides developing the most appropriate directory to deal with them.
The Department Objectives
- To develop the Student’s orderly and logical reasoning
- To help scientific researchers and the community to acquire the necessary skills and technology, and their application in practice
- To Build a comprehensive understanding of the individual, social, institutional and economic dimensions which the computer can contribute to its development.
An Idea About the Department
The computer science department started with a group of 47 female students who would study the curriculum over four years before they graduate as Bachelors in Computer and Information Technology
Working System in the Department
The Department follows the Term System whereby the student should complete 8 semesters before she can graduate. As the department is a new one, no graduation has taken place yet.
