Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, MU rector, paid a visit to the College of Business Administration where he was welcomed by the Vice-Rector of Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih and the Dean, Dr. Waleed Al-Bisher along with vice-deans and staff. Chairing the college’s board meeting, the Rector has engaged in discussing a number of administrative and academic topics. Following this visit, the Rector then headed to the College of Applied Medical Sciences where he was welcomed by the Dean Dr. Fahad Al-Dufairi along with vice-deans and staff. The visit began by inaugurating the Environmental Simulation of Radiation Therapy Lab and the Rector was briefed about the function of this lab and how it is useful for students to enrich their knowledge with the need for a clinical environment. The Rector has also visited the Pulmonary Resuscitation Center where Dr. Majed Al-Amri provided an explanation about the various stages of establishing the center. The Center has offered around 14 courses for more than 177 students. Touring the various facilities of the College, Dr. Al-Mugren has stressed the necessity of exerting every possible effort to create an environment conducive for learning and reminded everyone that students are invariably the center of the entire educational process.
