A DELEGATION OF QASSIM UNIVERSITY VISITS MU’S HOUSING AND SCHOOLS

Eng. Hamad Al-Shahwan, Supervisor of General Department of Projects and Maintenance at Qassim University, has paid a visit to MU learn from its experience in managing the university housing. Upon his arrival, Eng. Al-Shahwan was welcomed by Mr. Badah Al-Bedah, Director of Facilities and Housing, who illustrated the various stages of housing management including the mechanism of application and how these applications are sorted out electronically. Mr. Al-Shahwan was then taken in a tour to see some apartments followed by a visit to the MU Pioneering School where they were received by Dr. Hamad Al-Omran, Dean of King Salman Institute for Consulting Studies and Services and the Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Shunaifi, Principle of the school. The final destination was the General Department of Operation and Maintenance and the General Department of Projects and Technical Affairs where the e-system of maintenance was explained along with a number of projects that are underway.
A copy of the housing regulation along with a memorial shield were presented to Mr. Al-Shahwan at the end of the visit who in return extended his appreciations to the university for the wonderful hospitality and the exhaustive illustration of the various systems of the university.
