MU PARTICIPATES IN THE 3RD FORUM OF COMMUNICATION SERVICE ‘TAWASUL’

Based on approval from MU rector, Dr. Al-Mugren, the Help Desk Center at MU took part in the 3rd forum ‘Tawasul’ held at the Ministry of Education under the patronage of Minister of Education.
The university participating team members were headed by Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Rushoud, Advisor and Supervisor of the Rector’s Office. A number of services have been provided by the university in this forum such as the service of complaint, reporting and help desk.
The team members also attended a session on smart communication and another one focusing on sharing pioneering experience of communication service ‘Tawasul’.
Dr. Al-Rushoud said the participation of the help desk center in this forum manifests the desire of MU rector to develop the quality of services provided by the center.
