MU Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin extended his sincere congratulations on behalf of Majmah University to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, to Crown Prince, Prince Muhammad bin Salman, to the University staff and the Saudi citizens in general, praying the Almighty to bless the Muslim nation on that occasion.
He also called for the Saudi people to hold on to their loyalty to the wise leadership, strengthening solidity between the people and leadership, the Kingdom's political stability and economic prosperity. With such stability and security, bright future and welfare in the country will be more likely.
“Good bye Ramadan،” Dr. Muqrin said. “Praise be to the Almighty for the fasting and praying during the holy month. We ask Him- Blessed and Exalted- to forgive our sins and help receive His mercy,” he continued.
“Ramadan is the month of self-accountability, patience and determination, where we fight our desires in order to observe our obedience to the Almighty and train our souls on piety, the Rector stated.
Dr. Muqrin mentioned that “Eid strengthens the ties among Muslims through kindness, solidarity, kinship and harmony, where the rich checks on the poor, the old is kind to the young, and you see people in harmony,”.
Dr. Muqrin pointed out “This is the 9th Eid since the establishment of the University, which has managed to make great progress and considerable achievements throughout the years.”
“Such accomplishments encourage us to work even harder and collaborate to continue this success, especially with the substantial financial support of our government,” Dr. Muqrin concluded, praying for the safety and wellbeing of the King and the leadership as well as the prosperity and stability of the country.
