WORLD CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATED BY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, MAJMAAH

A 2-day children’s festival was organized by the College of Education at Majmaah Mall to celebrate the world children’s day. The festival, sponsored by Office of the Dean of Community Service and Continuous Education, aims to offer a wide range of various services to all community members.
There were several booths at the festival such as planting, drawing, photography, coloring etc. where kids enjoyed their time. The kids were also educated about sexual harassment and bullying.
The organizing committee of the festival has invited a number of kindergartens to participate in the activities of this event as well as King Khalid Hospital to provide health services.
The Dean of College of Education, Dr. Majed Aba-Hussein, extended his thanks to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren and Vice-Rector Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih for their exceptional support, the sponsors for their unfailing commitment and efforts to make this event successful. Special thanks were also given to the organizing committee headed by the vice-dean Dr. Bashayer Al-Rumaih, without whom the event would not be possible.
