MU SPORTS TEAM WINS THE SAUDI UNIVERSITIES TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP

Majmaah University’s sports team won the championship of Saudi Universities Sports Federation for table tennis, hosted by Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, after defeating King Abdulaziz university’s team in the final match. During the group stage, MU’s team was top after beating King Abdulaziz, Taibah and Jeddah universities. After qualifying from the group stage, MU’s team won over King Khalid University in the knockout stage followed by another victory in the quarter finals against King Saud University, champion of previous contest.
The following students represented MU’s team: Bader Al-Asous, Ahmed Al-Saleh, Mohammed Al-Jaber and Abdelelah Al-Mulla.
Mr. Naser Al-Hannu, Head of Sports and Scout Activities, extended his thanks to the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaisan, who attributed this achievement to the exceptional support of MU Rector and his Vice, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih.
