Professor Mohammed Al-Shaya’e, Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, paid an inspection visit to the College of Computer Science and Information (CCSI). Led by the Dean of CCSI, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shehri, the College welcomed Prof. Al-Shaya’e who commended the solid steps taken by the CCSI in the field of academic accreditation.
Prof. Al-Shaya’e also made a reference to the rapid progress being made in postgraduate studies and the outstanding role played by the students to win several local and international prizes.
The statistics of the university’s achievement in the field of scholarship and training was reviewed by the Vice-Rector who expressed the strong tendency of the Vice-Rector’s Office to see the CCSI active in all the activities organized by the Vice-Rector’s Office to the university (e.g. MU’s Prize for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and for Scientific Excellence)
At the end of the visit, a meeting was held with faculty teaching to answer their inquiries.
