NEW ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE UNIVERSITY COUNCIL LAUNCHED BY MU RECTOR

In line with the recent trend followed by Majmaah University to go paperless in all its transactions, a new electronic management system was launched by MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, to manage and develop the mechanism of the decisions issued by the university council. The launching was attended by the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research & MU Council Secretary, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya’a and the Dean of Information Technology, Dr. Mohammed Al-Wanain.
Prof. Al-Shaya’a said the university council has shifted its works to be electronic via using a system that makes the search for any decision issued by the university council easier. This stage aims to categorize the issues addressed in the meetings based on their types to make the process of retrieval more accessible.
Prof. Al-Shaya’a extended his thanks to both MU Rector for his vision to achieve more progress and to Dr. Al-Wanain for the cooperation demonstrated by his employees.
