As the Deanship of Community Service &Continouse Education is keen about the performance quality in the educational programs, the 2nd periodical meeting for supervisors of all the educational programs. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Dean for Educational Affairs Dr. Adel Al-Mogthawi who conveyed the regards of the Dean Dr. Omar Al-Sharyofi and his thanks due to the invaluable efforts being exerted over the last period of the current year.
The meeting included a review of some suggestions and comments related to the educational programs as well as discussing the tasks of supervisors in accordance with the procedural manual endorsed by the Rector. It also discussed the special preparations pertinent to the first semester exam.
A number of recommendations were outlined including the commitment of supervisors to provide periodical reports about the academic and administrative performance as well as following up with coordinators and administrators. The meeting was concluding by reviewing the recommendations and setting a date for the 3rd meeting.
