2ND RESEARCH DAY HELD BY COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES IN HAWTAT SUDAIR

The College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair organized the 2nd Scientific Research Day with the theme “ The Role of Research in Community”.
Several scientific sessions were held and the research posters were reviewed in the event which was patronized by Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya’a and Vice-Rector for female campus, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar.
23 papers published by male students were presented in this event ( 10 scientific papers by College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair, 6 by College of Medicine, 4 by College of Applied Medical Science, 2 by College of Science in Zulfi and one paper by College of Dentistry in Zulfi).
According to the guide of research posters at male campus, 16 faculty members have participated in the event. ( 13 posters by College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair and 3 by the College of Science in Zulfi)
The number of papers published by female students and presented in this event has reached (24); 13 of which by faculty members and 11 by students. ( 5 scientific papers by College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair, 2 by the College of Computer Science and Information and One research by the following colleges : Medicine, Dentistry, Science and Humanities in Ghat and Remah and Education in both Zulfi and Majmaah).
According to the guide of research posters at female campus, 16 faculty members have participated in the event. ( 9 posters by College of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair ,5 by the College of Applied Medical Science and One poster by both the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat and College of Computer Science and Information).
Over 50 students have attended the event at male campus while the number of attendees at female campus has exceeded 80.
