MU RECTOR FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL PATRONIZED BY DR. AL-MUGREN

Under the patronage of MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, the final match of futsal tournament took place in the sports hall between College of Science’s team and College of Engineering. The matched was ended by an overwhelming victor for the College of Science with 5-2.
Partners such as University Pioneer School, Department of University Security, Medical Services Department and the Department of Operation and Maintenance were awarded by the end of the final for their contribution of making this event successful.
Referees -Mr. Khalid Al-Saqeer, Naif Al-Muraikhi, Musa’ad Al-Mushari and Abdullah Al-Jandal- were also awarded by the Rector.
The award of best player and top scorer was won by the student Abdelmohsen Al-Mulaifi from the College of Science.
The student Bader Al-Masoudi from the College of Engineering has won the award of best goalkeeper.
After awarding the third place team, College of Business Adminisration, with bronze medals and the second place team, College of Engineering, with silver medals, the champion of the tournament, College of Science, was awarded the trophy and golden medals.
Memorial photos were shot at the end of the event, which was also attended by vice-rectors, followed a brief interview with MU Rector who congratulated winners and encouraged students to devote some of their time for sports without compromising their academic achievement.
The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaisan, extended his thanks to MU Rector for patronizing the final and supporting students.
