END OF ENVIRONMENTAL WEEK ACTIVITIES

The one-week environmental activities held by the Department of Occupational Health and Environment, in collaboration with the Department of Operation and Maintenance, Dean’s Office of Student Affairs and the Department of Services, came to an end.
The series of activities which were launched on Sunday by Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari with the theme “We protect the environment for better quality of life”, included several awareness lectures for students to increase their awareness of environmental protection. An exhibition was also set up with the participation of Pioneer School, Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Majmaah branch, and Green Majmaah Association.
During the first day, school students and scouts cleaned the main campus and put up posters in all facilities to increase the awareness of environmental protection.
The University has also participated in a number of exhibitions.
