His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren received the periodical report about the progress of work for the project of administrative communication & e-archiving. The report was submitted by the Vice-Rector & the Director of the Supervising Committee, Dr. Musallam M. Al-Dosari and the Director of the project, Mr. Mohammad H. Al-Aolah.
The report includes the timetable of the project and the mechanisms followed by the team to develop the system. It also incorporates the e-services that will be provided to the faculty members and staff.
Dr. Al-Mugren stressed the importance of achieving the project in a short time as well as setting a plan for operating the system.
Dr. Al-Dosari extended his thanks to the Rector for his support and promised to make more achievements.
