The Deanship of Scientific Research at Majmaah University participated in the 1st Saudi Conference for Scientific Publishing with a paper titled “ Case Study of Majmaah University in Supporting the Ethics of Scientific Publishing”. The conference which was held at King Khalid University during the period from 27 to 29 / 3/ 1435H, intends to evaluate the status of scientific publishing in saudi Arabia as well as studying the obstacles it could encounter and the proper mechanisms of activating the modern technology in scientific publishing.
A delegation from Majmaah University has participated which included Dr. Mohammad N. Al-Sweid, Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Ibraheem A. Al-Huseinan, Deputy-Dean and Prof. Tariq Ismaeel, Consultant of the Deanship. The paper was presented by Dr. Al-Sweid which has received a great deal of appreciations owing to the fact that it is a newly established university.
