Nassej Company in cooperation with Majmaah University organized a professional symposium titled “ Virtual Solutions in Medical Education” on Thursday, 6th of February, 2014. The event was honored with the presence of the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren, the vice-rector and supervisor of e-learning & distance education as well as a number of staff.
First speaker, Dave Chavez, CEO of zSpace Company gave a speech titled “ Virtual Solutions in Medical Education”. The 2nd speaker Rick Lineback, CEO of Cyber Anatomy gave a speech titled “ 3D Materials optimal for Medical Solutions”.
An open discussion was held headed by the Dean of Medical College, Dr. Khalid Al-Abdelwahhab followed by outlining the recommendations of the discussion. Participants in the discussion were awarded.
Dr. Al-Dosari stated that holding such event is to activate the field of e-learning particularly in medical field which is deemed essential for the future projects of the deanship. He concluded his speech by thanking the Rector for his honorary presence and support. Thanks and appreciations were also extended to Naseej Company for its active role in cooperating with the University.
