A DELEGATION OF DEANSHIP OF LIBRARY AFFAIRS VISITS KING FAHAD NATIONAL LIBRARY

Within the framework of the signed memorandum between Majmaah University and King Fahad National Library (KFNL), a delegation of the Deanship of Library Affairs, headed by the Dean Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer and the Vice-Dean, Dr. Musa’aed Al-Harbi, paid a visit to KFNL where they welcomed by the Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Sulaiman Al-Masud and Dr. Nabeel Al-Ma’atham.
The aim of the visit is to discuss issues of common interest including : the possibility of making it easy for graduate students to submit their dissertations, student visits to the library and training courses.
The delegation made a tour to the different sections of the library to see the rare and diverse resources of documents, manuscripts and historical photos.
The Deanship of Library Affairs has signed a memorandum of understanding with KFNL with the purpose of cooperating in mutual matters such as the participation in scientific activities organized by both sides, exchanging publications and periodicals, consultations and marketing the activities held by both sides.
