Majmaah University has climbed up further in the world university ranking (QS) by achieving 101-110 place. After scoring 10 extra points, MU has surpassed 30 Arab universities to be among the top 130 universities in Arab world. 16 Saudi universities were excluded from the ranking in 2020.
MU has made the greatest stride under Citation with improvement from 14th place last year to 10th among the Saudi universities.
This achievement indicates obviously the firm steps that MU is taking by placing a great deal of importance to scientific research, one of the fundamentals for any university to compete in QS Ranking.
Beside the great value research has occupied at MU, several programs have obtained accreditation and many future studies were carried out in line with the Vision 2030 and in compliance with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz and His Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
This remarkable milestone would not have seen the light of day had not been the concerted efforts exerted by several sectors of the university, including colleges, deanship, administrations and units, all have set the development of the university’s overall performance on top of their priorities.
