MEMBERS OF CCSI’S ADVISORY BOARD RECEIVED BY MU RECTOR

Within the framework of the plan set by the College of Computer Science and Information (CCSI) qualify its staff in meeting the demand of the market, the Dean, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shehri, invited the advisory board members of both departments: the computer science and information technology to the 7th meeting to address several topics.
The meeting was held in MU Rector’s office in the presence of the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih.
In recognition of their effective and fruitful efforts, the advisory board members received certificates of appreciation from MU Rector who commanded their role in developing educational programs that bridge the gap between academia and market.
The 7th meeting was chaired by the Dean, Dr. Al-Shehri, in the presence of the board members: vice-dean for educational affairs, Dr. Talal Al-Harbi, the vice-dean for graduate studies and scientific research, Dr. Majed Al-Awaydi, the Rector of Al-Yamamah University, Prof. Hussam Ramadan, the Head of Computer Science and Engineering at University of Connecticut, Dr. Reda Ammar, the Dean of MBS College, Dr. Abdullah Al-Dahlawi, the Vice-Rector for Education Affairs at Saudi E-University, Dr. Thamer Al-Hussein, the CEO of Solutions Company, Eng. Abdelrahman Al-Shatwai and the Deputy-Director of Cyber-Security Section at STC, Eng. Yasser Al-Suwailem.
The meeting addressed several topics related to academic programs at graduate and postgraduate levels as well as the college outcomes in relation to job market.
