The Saudi Real Estate Institute (SRI) conducted five training courses in real estate for students in the training hall of Student Affairs Deanship. The courses featured detailed information about real estate brokerage. It also offered students with the legal responsibilities for real estate brokerage profession, the basics of facilities management including its maintenance programs, systems, and tools. Students also learned in this courser about the management of owners' associations to understand the rights and responsibilities of owners who live in joint ownership.
These courses offered by the SRI aim to educate those who work in the real estate market by a group of experts in the field.
Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaysan, Dean of Student Affairs, said this program which was a result of mutual cooperation between MU, represented by Deanship of Student Affairs, and the SRI targets 100 students. The program was held at the request and support and of MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren who is deeply interested to cooperate with different public and private sectors for the best interest of all.
