PHONE CONSULTATION SERVICE LAUNCHED BY COLLEGE OF MEDICINE

Under the slogan of the national initiative “We are all responsible” to prevent the spread of corona-virus in the kingdom, and to help in minimizing people’s visits to hospitals and clinics, the College of Medicine at MU launched an initiative entitled “Get Doctor Consultation at Home”.
More than 23 consultants in 12 medical fields can be reached via a phone call as a service to the community.
The dean of the college of medicine, Dr. Khalid Al-Abdelwahab pointed out that this initiative was held at the request and follow-up of MU Rector as part of the university’s responsibility towards the university staff and the local community.
Dr. Al-Abdelwah extended his thanks to all consultants at the college who readily cooperate, considering that to be a national and humanitarian duty under such circumstances. Thanks were also given to the Deanship of Information Technology for providing all sorts of technical support to ease the communication of beneficiaries.
