the university has completed the registration of e-committee system at the ministry of culture and information. The intellectual property of this system is owned by MU. The underlying purpose of this system is to document and archive all meetings electronically on constant basis. The system is likely to bridge the gap of distance among colleges and departments and will accelerate the procedures of the meeting outcomes. The system also features a number of improvements such signing in sessions for all members and calculating the financial receivables.
Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, vice-rector noted that the system is constantly being updated in the context of the university updates. Dr. Al-Dosari also mentioned that the English version is underway as well as the smartphone applications.
