on Sunday morning, Department of Public Relations and University Media has established a greeting ceremony for the employees of the university on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, under the auspices of his Excellency the Rector of the university, Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al Muqrin, and in the presence of Vices Rector of the university, Deans of Colleges, Deanships, and employees of the university of faculty members and staff in an atmosphere dominated by love, intimacy, and happiness on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, this Eid is considered the fifth that passes on the university, and which the university has been able to accomplish many of achievements and a lot of success as well as a quantum leap on all levels and areas. This prepared ceremony for this occasion has started with a speech by the university staff delivered on their behalf by Mr. Mohammed Al Ghanayem, where he thanked Allah for spending Ramadan in fasting and praying, and congratulated the attendees on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, also he stated that the university, thanks to God and the efforts of his Excellency the Rector of the university, has become one of the causes of happiness for the employees of the university, and a milestone in their lives, and the belonging to it is a source of pride cherished by and is one of their values, and being loyal to the university is one of their principles. Also, he mentioned that - and during the celebration of Eid al-Fiter - we must have self- accountability, self-examination to evaluate and be evaluated, and we should interact and initiate, contribute to the development, and participate in progress, and help in building in an effective manner; to have a hand in the renaissance of the nation, and to play a remarkable role in improving the community, and to make our university an ideal working environment based on the principles and values that depend on kindness, giving, sincerity, loyalty, tender, and team spirit to give our university more support and chances to continue in its success, progression, and accomplishments.
After that, Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Qashaemy has delivered a speech on behalf of faculty members where he congratulated his Excellency the Rector of the university and the attendees on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, asking Allah Almighty to have accepted our fasting and praying, and to bless our beloved country and our nation with safety, security, and contentment. Also, he stated that the university is celebrating Eid al-Fitr the fifth in this edifice, and we see what we have reached the University of progress and development , and what did the university accomplish of achievements in a short period of time under the unlimited support on all levels by our leaders in this blessed state, as well as the efficiency and professionalism that the wise leadership of the University has represented by its captain his Excellency the Rector of the University, Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al Muqrin. Then his Excellency the Rector of the University delivered a speech congratulating everyone on this occasion, and thanking everyone for their efforts at their work, his Excellency the Rector expressed his admiration for what he has listened to of sublime values and principles, stressing on the necessity to adhere to the principles of work and its values, and provide services to the beneficiaries to the fullest. Also, he stressed on the work according to the rules and the important pillars that contribute to the success of work, including: sincerity and good treatment to deal with others, being good to them, meeting their needs and be patient as possible , and to alert and direct the defaulting. Finally at the end of his speech his Excellency the Rector of the University expressed his thanks and appreciation to everyone for coming to this greeting ceremony.
