His Excellency the Vice Rector of the university, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari,has opened the initial training programs associated with the Institute of Public Administration in collaboration with the University, also he delivered a welcome speech on this occasion to all trainees and to the trainer as well, Mr. Sultan Al-Hoshan, and promised to overcoming all the difficulties they face, and urged them to specify full-time for this training process. Thus, the opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Saad bin Zaar Al Qahtani, Supervisor of the General Directorate of Planning and Administrative Development, and Mr. Mohammed bin Mohsen Al Medaes, Director of General Directorate of Planning and Administrative Development, and the training official in the Directorate, Mr. Ibrahim Al Aman, and Mr. Nayef Al-Essa, the Administrative Coordinator by the Institute of Administration. The training program was entitled " Administrative Creativity. "
