In honor of His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren, a welcoming meeting with freshmen was held and organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the auditorium of the main campus. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, deans of colleges & deanships as well as directors of departments.
The meeting included a number of speeches addressed by the dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Hamad Al-Gumeizy & Dr. Saud Al-Moghem, Deputy of Admission & Registration Deanship. The speeches focused on the concern of providing student with the best services to facilitate their academic life.
Dr. Al-Gumeizy gave a speech in which he stated the concern of the deanship to achieve its objectives which are in compliance with the university strategic objectives in providing services of high quality to students.
Addressing the audience, Dr. Al-Mogren, the Rector of Majmaah University delivered a speech where he attributed the progress of the university to God then to the wise leadership of this country. He also stressed on the rights & duties of students towards their teachers, parents & society.
