In compliance with His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren, the University has participated in the workshop organized by the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council titled “ The Enhancement of Gulf Citizenship” in Kuwait. The dean of student affairs deanship, Dr. Hamad Al-Gumeizi, who was assigned by the Rector to represent the university, stated that the purpose of the workshop is to enhance the concept of gulf citizenship via exploiting the common programs conducted by higher education in the gulf countries as well as encouraging these higher educations to increase the number workshops held to deepen the understanding of the concept.
Dr. Al-Gumeizi extended his thanks and appreciation to the Rector who always calls on the programs run by the deanship to develop the value of citizenship among students.
