Upon the competition of installing the system and the trial version, His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren launched in his office the Correspondence Track System at the university with the presence of the supervising committee.
The head of the supervising committee, Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari attributed this achievement to the directive of the Rector to shift all the university correspondences to be electronic due to the fact that all colleges are located far from the headquarter. Dr. Al-Dosari also added that this system is the result of a collective effort, most importantly the Deanship of Information Technology and the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
The Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren, who tested the system and circulated a memo calling all the university departments to start using the system, attributed this unprecedented success to the university staffs who are always in pursuit of quality and development. HE also encouraged all the university staffs to interact with the system as it will be useful in accelerating the correspondence at the university. Thanks and appreciation were extended to Mr. Mohammad H. Al-Aoulah, the director of the project who exerted a great effort over the last period to bring this project to light.
