His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren launched the transportation tracking system at the university with the presence of the vice-rector, Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari and a number of the university staff.
The director of follow-up department and the head of transportation tracking system committee, Mr. Abdullah D. Al-Harbi stated this system was developed in attempt to safeguard the properties of the university and to activate the instructions of transportation tracking system. He added that “this system was developed based on the directive of His Excellency the Rector who directed the formation of a temporary committee that includes a number of departments. The main purpose of the committee is to list down all the transportation vehicles and ensure their presence in the respected parking lots. Mr. Al-Harbi extended his thanks to the Rector for the trust to carry out such a task.
