His Excellency the Vice-Rector, Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari headed the coordinating meeting between the general department of administrative and financial affairs and the project management office with the attendance of a number of directors of departments. The meeting aimed at discussing the means and ways of automating the procedures pertinent to requests of materials and supplies. The department of administrative and financial affairs intends to shift the entire process to be electronic in compliance with the strategic plan of the university.
